PC Control Remote Control

The only real Universal Remote Control for all your appliances. The PC Control not only controls your TV and video equipment, but can also control your PC (through walls and floors). Ideal in combination with the PC to TV Sender! With a Marmitek X-10 button to control your lights and appliances. The PC Control is provided with RF signal receiver (can be connected via USB) and Showshifter software. Notes, about controlling the Mouse Pointer: You must install the supplied Showshifter software which installs the USB device driver for the RF receiver. You must then run the Showshifter software - this starts a background application which enables remote control of the mouse. If you then exit the Showshifter software then that app remains active and you can still control the mouse. If you remove the showshifter software then you lose remote control of the mouse, if you reboot your machine then you lose remote control of the mouse until you re-run the Showshifter software. Note this unit is suitable for use with Sky+. To access the Play, Record buttons etc, you need to press the shift key first. ie Yellow, Play. Please also note that this unit is not a learning remote. It has a built-in database containing codes for most devices
